CSS Central Superior Service Exam is the most prestigious civilian exam the Federal Public Service Commission FPSC takes every year. The exam was held in October 2023. 15245 candidates appeared in the exam, out of which 519 candidates passed the written Special CSS exam in 2023.

According to FPSC result notification no.No.F.2/1(i)/2018-CE, 21947 candidates applied for the exam , while only 15245 appeared in the exam. Only a total of 519 candidates have been successful in passing the written exam of Special CSS 2023. The passing percentage of the Special CSS 2023 Exam is only 3.40%
