Students are advised to select their centre carefully because the city/centre once selected cannot be changed.
Candidates are advised to choose one city or centre mentioned in the official list.
Students will be allowed to appear in MDCAT only in their province or region of domicile. Candidates having domicile of Sindh may also select Islamabad as their test centre through the respective university.
Because the selected centre cannot be changed later, students should choose their test city after proper discussion with parents and guardians.
The MDCAT 2026 will be a multiple-choice, paper-based test conducted in the English language.
