NUMS being Admitting University will conduct Entry Test for Admission in MBBS/BDS Program Session 2024-25 in its following Constituent, Affiliated, and all Military (Armed Forces). Admissions to the NUMS, affiliated, and military medical colleges will be based on the NUMS (MDCAT) 2024 Test. 

Test Date:

NUMS MDCAT Test will be held on Sunday, 1st September 2024.

Paper Pattern:

NUMS (MDCAT) 2024 will be according to the following paper pattern; 

Part A (95% Weightage)

Total MCQs: 150

Time Allowed: 150 Minutes 

Weightage:

1. Biology: 35%
2. Chemistry: 25%
3. Physics: 25%
4. English: 10%

Part B (5% Weightage):

Total MCQs: 100

Time Allowed: 30 minutes

Weightage:

1. Psychological Test: 100

Negative Marking: 

There'll be no negative marking in both Academic and Psychological test.

Schedule of NUMS (MDCAT) 2024: 

*The Registration fee is Non-Refundable/ Non-transferable in any case.

*The test will be conducted simultaneously at all Local Exam Centres; at 10:00 AM PST. The time for the test at International Centres will be indicated on the admit card.

Eligibility Criteria for NUMS (MDCAT) 2024: 

1. The candidates having valid citizenship of Pakistan /Overseas Pakistanis/Dual Nationals/Foreign Nationals can appear in MDCAT (NUMS)-2024.
2. FSC/HSSC/A-Levels/ 12th Grade and result awaiting candidates can apply for MDCAT (NUMS)-2024.

Only MDCAT (NUMS) - 2024 being held on 01 September 2024 will be valid for admission in MBBS/BDS Session 2024-25.
