ALL THE MBBS SELECTED STUDENTS Provisionally Admitted in Rawalpindi Medical College, Rawalpindi

Subject: PROVISIONAL ADMISSION INTO FIRST YEAR MBBS CLASS ON OPEN MERIT BASIS DISABLED $, OVERSEAS SEATS FOR THE SESSION 2023-24.

According to merit list received from office of the Vice Chancellor, University of Health Sciences, Lahore, you are provisionally selected for admission into first year MBBS class of Rawalpindi Medical College for the session 2023-24 on open merit basis, Disabled & Overseas Seats. 

The College administration heartily congratulates you for your achievement. Selected candidate shall have to submit all original documents and certificates etc.. at the time of interview/admission in college in which he/she has been selected along with attested copies of these documents. The signature and thumb Impression of the concerned student is mandatory on the back of attested copies of documents. The original documents of the selected candidates will be retained by the college and will be returned upon leaving the institution.

You are hereby directed to submit your original documents as listed below in the office of the undersigned as per following schedule.

Note: As per Rules & Regulations Prospectus session 2023-2024 (Page-51) Government Medical & Dental College in Punjab/ University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

1. I you fail to pay the fee with required documents and certificates on the above mentioned date. You will be excluded from the admission/ upgradation process and shall have no right of admission/upgradation into the said program in the current session.

2. In case you are not willing to accept this offer. submit your reply in writing to this office on the above above mentioned date.

Candidate should follow Instruction as mentioned below:-

1. You have to deposit the following documents in original (plastic coating) with in the university office.

• Matriculation Result Card & Certificate.

• F SC Result Card/ Equivalence Certificate.

• Board Migration Certificate/NOC from concerned board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in favor of University of Health Sciences. Lahore, if the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education is other than Punjab Province.

• Character Certificate.

• Domicile Certificate.

• Entry Test Marks Sheet.

• Two Plastic File Folders

• Hafiz-e-Cluran Certificate (if applicable)

• Photocopy of C.N.I.C. (Candidate and Father/Guardian)
